Elliot Jokelson - Biography
Elliot was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. In 2000 he moved to NYC where he received a Masters in Filmmaking and Screenwriting from Columbia University's Graduate Film Program.In 2004 he shot his first music video for TV On The Radio's auspicious first single "Staring At The Sun". His work has since gained recognition for his conceptually sumptuous and often intense music videos for artists such as Pinback, Seventeen Evergreen, Supersystem and Holy Hail.
In the Past several years Elliot's work has appeared in many international publications such as Shots, Creativity and Boards Magazine. His videos for TV On The Radio and Pinback were showcased, respectively, in Resfest 2005 and 2006.
